Kahwa in Kashmir is not a novelty — it is what gets poured from a samovar into small cups all afternoon, all winter. The blend is simple and the ingredients are not negotiable: real saffron, whole cardamom, cassia-free true cinnamon, and almonds slivered by hand rather than ground into dust.
We put 0.4 g of Pampore saffron into every 100 g tin. You will see the threads. That is deliberate.
